Adel Rawlinson completed her studies of advanced methods of Hypnotherapy at City University in London.  She was trained personally by Valerie Austin – a world recognised Hypnotherapist and author of many best selling books.

Subsequent training brought her the title of ‘Master Practitioner’ giving her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the use of Advanced Structured Hypnosis.

With the use of NLP (neuro linguistic Programming) she communicates directly with the subconscious mind to bring about permanent change in a very short space of time.

Adel also uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) with amazing results.  EFT is an energy therapy which involves ‘tapping’ on certain meridian points on the head, torso and hands.  It is like acupuncture, but with out the needles.  So outstanding are the results, she conducts workshops teaching people the technique to use on themselves and others.

As well as her private practice at the clinic and her workshops, Adel works in the corporate arena helping forward thinking companies to become ‘smoke free.’  Her company ‘MindMasters’ has highly trained affiliates nationwide.

Such is her passion for self improvement, she appears regularly on BBC Radio and writes a monthly feature page in The Magazine Manchester and Cheshire.
