Tracy has a BSc(honours) in Psychology, a national diploma in counselling, a diploma in cognitive-behavioural therapy and a diploma in Hypno-psychotherapy. She has experience in working with many different issues from depression, stress, and anxiety to phobias, compulsions, and abuse of all descriptions. Tracy can also offer relaxation sessions for anyone interested in learning self-relaxation techniques. She has worked with the NHS with clients suffering mild to moderate mental health issues including depression and anxiety, phobias and OCD, addictions, and loss, and continues to work with Women’s Aid with clients suffering some form of abuse and Homestart Salford with parents suffering from depression.
